This week we were finally able to post a new free Italian lesson on Italianize Yourself. This lesson provides a glimpse into the use of the Italian gerund tense. The gerund is a compound verb, and you will need to have an understanding of the present tense of "stare."
Gioia and Nico make yet another appearance in a phone conversation discussing what they are doing at the moment. (Poor Nico is shot-down again.)
Good luck!

Italian Language Software
On our website, Italianize Yourself, we offer free Italian lessons in an effort to help those who would like to learn to speak Italian accomplish their goal. Our lessons include slideshows, quizzes, and audio samples so that students can hear the words that they are learning.
We hope that our site can help in learning to speak Italian, but it is understandable if more interactive media is needed by some students. If this is the case, then software can be a great benefit. We have a page dedicated to reviewing Italian language learning software that goes over the strengths and weaknesses of a few of the options that are available.
Come over and see how these programs can fit your particular learning style.
